Here at Katy Treadmill Repairs, We do fitness equipment repairs to strength, cardo equipment and on-site upholstery so you can have a healthy mind in a healthy body.
We offer monthly and bi-monthly routine maintenance services to your home and commercial gyms. Any equipment that lives in your gym, we will take care of it like our own.
Additionally, we can repair your equipment to keep you going. You just let us know what needs to be fixed, and we can do it for you. treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, cable machines; you name it, we can fix it!
Upholstery $200 minimum, 2- men and a trailer:
Wear and tear are extremely common in exercise equipment, and that’s why we’re here! We offer fast, on-site upholstery services to fix the cracks and slits in your pads. Upcharge on new padding and backboard.
If you’re interested in making your own personal at-home gym, we can help with that too! We can help with installing and setting up your gym equipment.

Hassle-Free Service Agreement
- Remove covers, clean and vacuum out interiors
- Remove dirt and debris from motors and circuit boards
- Inspect wire harnesses and connections
- Lube chains, bearings, bushings, and pivot points
- Clean off build-up of wax and debris on head and tail rollers
- Check and test condition of alternators (if needed)
- Check condition and align all drive belts, chains and cables
- Lubricate belt and deck
- Align and tighten walking belt
- Inspect and listen to condition of all bearings and bushings
- Tighten loose crank arms, belts and pulleys
- Check calibration of elevation sensors, recalibrate if necessary
- Grease drive assemblies and elevation/yoke, recalibrate if necessary
- Check machine function and operation
- Inspect wear on belts and decks
- Exercise equipment, gym equipment, repairs and services
*Replacement parts are not included in the maintenance charge*
